Home Inspections done right

Buying a home is not only a substantial investment for your future, but a move toward a rewarding lifestyle as well. Nevertheless, a home purchase can be filled with emotional as well as financial decisions, and for this reason, getting an impartial assessment of all the intricacies involved in a property can help you make informed decisions before you get locked into finalizing the deal. This is why your purchase contract includes a “home inspection contingency”, an essential tool for valuable peace of mind!

Integrityin All Aspects, is at the heart of what we do. We understand that just as a home's value is dependent upon its structural integrity, so the value of our client service is dependent upon the professional integrity of our commitment to fulfilling the Standards of Practice in our property inspections. Further, we regard it as a matter of personal integrity to demonstrate a thorough, meticulous, and exemplary measure of care in the evaluations and reports we produce for our clients.

As an independently owned, local home inspection operation, with over thirty-five years experience in the construction industry, All Aspects is uniquely positioned to deliver the kind of individual time and attention that will enable you to proceed in your purchase decisions with knowledge and confidence. Our size and independent operation also afford us greater agility in accommodating our clients' schedules, including a 24-hour home inspection report turnaround!

Personal Note: As a long-standing member of the local New Brunswick/ Highland Park communities, and the central Jersey community more broadly, living with my family and independently running construction, contracting, and property inspection operations for nearly four decades, I have become extremely familiar with the kinds of deficiency issues that are most likely to present themselves locally — from the antiquated 'knob & tube' electrical wiring in the older homes of Highland Park to the water & flood basin issues in parts of North Brunswick and Bound Brook, just to note a few. I know that termite inspections and radon testing are a top worry among homeowners in our area, and as such I am fully trained and qualified to carefully inspect properties for signs of these conditions.

As someone who by nature values community building and knowledge exchange, I've also embraced an active ongoing role as teacher/mentor to home inspection apprentices. Clients can expect an interested student to join me on inspections occasionly to observe. I truly enjoy lending the experience and knowledge I have gained over my professional career to help homeowners and investors negotiate their home purchasing goals from position of well-informed strength, as well as to help new generations of individuals develop in their training and competency as home inspection professionals.
